Refund Policy

We appreciate your recent purchase!  We understand that sometimes things don't go according to plan.

Return Window: 30 Days

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • You may cancel orders up to 24 hours after purchase, after which cancelations and refunds are no longer available.  

Exchange Window: 30 Days

  • Please let us know within 30 days of delivery if there is any issue with your purchase. If you find that the item is defective or has a manufacturing issue, please reach out to us via email to let us know. We try to make sure every purchase is shipped out in perfect condition, but we understand sometimes things can happen.
  • Should you encounter a defective item, we will gladly assist you in exchanging the product for a replacement. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to ensure that you receive a product in mint condition.

 

Simple Exchange Process

  • Requesting an exchange for a defective product. Reach out to us via email at dominic@corvidartsllc.com. Kindly provide your order number, a brief description of the problem, and include a couple of photos to illustrate the issue.
  • We will provide you with a return label to send back your items. We ask that you ship the item back within 7-10 days from receipt of the return label. Once we receive your item, we will process and send the replacement within 7-10 business days at no additional cost to you.

 

Convention Returns

  • If you pick up an item at a convention and need to exchange it for any reason while there, please bring it back to the booth and let us take care of the issue for you. If you need to make an exchange via our policy above after the convention is over, please reach out via email.
