Shipping Policy

When will my order ship?

  • Made To Order: Items can take anywhere from 1-4 days to get made based on demand. Orders are fulfilled on a first-come-first-served basis. 
  • Holiday orders: Can take up to 3-15 business days before shipping out. 

 

Liabilities  

  • We are not liable for packages lost or damaged after it is delivered to a courier. Insurance can be purchased from your courier at additional cost.
  • We are not responsible for errors made in the submitted shipping address, including, but not limited to recipient’s name. Please make sure the recipient’s name is legally registered to the place of residence. If you have a change of address it is your responsibility to contact us with your order number and let us know prior to shipping . 
  • Any damage caused by shipping is not our responsibility. If your package arrived damaged, please contact us and we will try our best within our own abilities to help.
  • You are responsible for paying all customs and duty fees as per your country's laws and regulations.
  • In cases where an order is returned to us for any reason, the order can be shipped again with an additional shipping fee.

Shipping Procedures

  • We ship within the United States via USPS, either First Class/Ground Advantage or Priority, depending on the product. We do provide tracking information with your purchase. 
  • When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination and they're the responsibility of the buyer. I recommend paying VAT in advance to avoid a processing fee, to do so you have to place your order through my Etsy store
  • Some carriers hand over the delivery of international packages to DHL or your local carrier. This is not something we have any say over, and we don’t know when your postal carrier makes this changeover- though your tracking information will still apply.

 

Lost Packages

  • If your package is lost, please let us know as soon as possible. We will file a lost package claim with the shipping company on your behalf, but this can take time. If the package is truly lost and cannot be recovered by the carrier, we will re-ship your merchandise. If an instance happens where you decide to cancel the lost package, or it cannot be shipped to you, we unfortunately cannot refund shipping fees as they have already been applied.
  • If a package has been marked as delivered and it has not, then please contact your local USPS office and report it misdelivered. You can call 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777) or visit/call your local post office and have a search request submitted.
  • International packages take at least one month to get to their destination. If more than a month has passed since the package was shipped and you still haven't received it please contact me so I can make an insurance claim.
